Challenge
Taylor Guitars wanted to launch an exciting social media contest to engage with current fans of their guitars and others who are guitar lovers at heart.
Goal
The goal was to increase engagement and gather emails for people who play the guitar. And then provide limited offers for guitar lessons and recommendations on the best guitar for their style.
Solution
Using Gigg software, we hosted an Instagram contest, collecting all entrants and their information while boosting Taylor Guitars' Instagram engagement and followers. Participants were asked to follow both Taylor Guitars and Switchfoot on Instagram, like the post, tag a friend, and share the first song they’d play if they won. Emails were seamlessly gathered through automated DM replies.
