With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Scott has managed hundreds of sales professionals and generated hundreds of millions in annual revenue, first at Pinnacle Home Security, and for the past 10 years, as CEO of Gigg.
He has personally consulted with hundreds of businesses, celebrities, professional/collegiate athletes, and social media influencers on brand building and better utilizing the social media landscape.
Scott is a connector. As an influencer/content creator, he shares social media tips, his love affair with cold cereal, and his passion for the LA Dodgers with his thousands of followers.
As founder and CEO of Gigg, he is focused on helping businesses and influencers better understand how to share and connect with the world using Gigg software and services.
Scott and his wife Mickell have four children.

Chairman and President
Paul served as CEO of NICE CXone (formerly known as NICE inContact) from 2002 to 2023.
A pioneer of the cloud movement, Mr. Jarman was instrumental in guiding inContact from its roots in telecommunications to its strategic offering of cloud-based contact center solutions.
During his tenure, the company made ten software and telephony acquisitions. He led inContact's successful addition to the NASDAQ and to its place as the market leader in contact center as a service (CCaaS), with annual recurring revenues of $1Billion.
He follows the mantra of Abraham Lincoln, "Things may come to those who wait, but only the things left by those who hustle."
Paul and his wife Sarah are the parents of six children and six grandchildren. He enjoys fitness, golf, skiing, boating, and playing with his grandkids.

Before joining Gigg, he started multiple successful companies, including franchises (YESCO Sign and Lighting) where he, as the first employee, grew the franchise business to 65 locations in three years. He also spent three years as co-founder of a data analytics company (Numetric) where he managed the sales and client success teams while helping determine the direction and trajectory of the software product.
Rick began his career as an analyst at a government agency where he managed a diverse team from multiple countries. His experience there provided a strong foundation in data analytics, critical thinking and personnel management.
When not in the office or hanging out with his wife and kids, he can be found building furniture in his wood shop, riding his mountain bike, playing Halo or creating music. Rick has too many hobbies.

Jonas has extensive experience in the influencer marketing industry, negotiating brand deals and endorsements for his wife Mykayla Skinner as she trained for and competed at the Tokyo Olympics. He manages Mykayla's social media and helped her grow a YouTube channel to over 100,000 subscribers within a year.
Jonas is a 3-time American Ninja Warrior, part-time YouTuber and Podcaster, blockchain enthusiast, and recovering crypto day trader (he's trying to quit). In his free time he likes to play basketball, snowboard on powder days, golf on sunny days, and compete in Super Smash Bros tournaments.

She and her husband Paul have 6 children and 6 grandchildren. She loves reading, entertaining, traveling and making the holidays magical for her grandchildren.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys basketball, songwriting, and goofing off with his wife and four daughters.

Lexi has a passion for travel and a love for adventure. Her favorite destinations include Europe and Lake Powell, where she can enjoy the beautiful scenery and soak up the sun. When she's not traveling, Lexi can be found cheering on her favorite team, the San Francisco Giants, or spending quality time with her family. Lexi and her husband Jake welcomed their first child in July of 2022.

Gifted with an innate ability to connect with others, Colleen has become the "go-to" for all things relationships and influencer driven. She managed over 6900 influencers at Built Bars.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. She has a love for all things outdoors, and you can often find her on hiking trails.

Michelle is the Director of Campaign Success at Gigg, where she utilizes her extensive background in content creation, design, and strategic planning to help clients build and promote their brands and achieve new levels of success. With a passion for problem-solving and a proven track record of delivering results, Michelle has earned a reputation as a "Jill of all Trades" within the industry.
When she's not busy at work, Michelle loves to spend time pursuing a diverse range of hobbies and interests. She can often be found horseback riding, wake surfing, or exploring new cake decorating techniques. Michelle is also an avid fan of BYU football and loves to cheer on her team. Her versatile skill set and passion for life make her a valuable asset to any team or project.

As CEO of MKTR, which he founded in 2011, he helped his clients manage their website, social media, print, digital media, app, CRM, and collateral marketing campaigns. The company generated over $100 million in client sales, and Brett recently sold it to USA Today.
Prior to MKTR, Brett served for four years as COO of Argo Studios, where he oversaw all marketing efforts, including PPC, SEO, social media, and public relations.
Brett enjoys spending time with his family and playing pickleball.

With over 25 years of experience, Brian has helped solve creative and business challenges for Fortune 100 companies to small startups—across both B2B and B2C. Some of his clients include Verizon, Nokia, Avaya, American Diabetes Association, Adobe and MasterCard.
Brian is CEO and Chief Creative Officer at Contravent. Prior to this, he was Executive Creative Director at McCann (and MRM) and also served as President of AIGA’s Salt Lake City chapter.
Outside of work, Brian loves music, nature, any creative project, balling with his four kids and exploring new restaurants with his wife.
