BBQ pit bosses are awesome at many things: smoking meats, grilling meats, slathering bbq sauce on meats, making bellies happy. What they might not be so great at is turning social media into a marketing machine. That’s where we came in.

The Challenge

Since opening in June of 2013, Bam Bam’s experienced a highly successful first year. The question was, “Could they continue to grow sales?” Cameron makes a fantastic product, one that sells itself. Believe us! The challenge was to attract new customers and keep the loyal ones coming back again and again. But most importantly, the bigger challenge was to give Cameron his time back and let him get back to doing what BBQ pit bosses do best: serving up that sweet, smoky goodness.

The Solution

Gigg Stacado brought simplicity and control to an otherwise chaotic process by effectively capturing all the awesome Bam-Bam’s social media chatter and organizing it into one convenient hub. They were able to turn happy customers into their best marketers by sharing authentic content which was repurposed from social media to not only engage but to self-promote at the same time.
